Projects Database

As a tool in project benchmarking, forecasting, and trend analysis, Berkeley has developed a database of projects executed around the globe. The project attributes include scope, type (greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and revamp), size, location (county, onshore or offshore), enterprise management structure, and technology. The database enables us to rank the completeness of the project definition, planning, and resources then forecast the project outcomes (cost, time, and quality) based on comparing the project parameters to historical data.
